CENTURY 21 Boling & Associates, Inc. began its business in July 1986 under the management of Penny I. Boling, Broker In Charge. Upon purchasing an existing company, which was at the bottom of the production level in the region, Boling was able to recruit, retain and expand during the first five years to become the number one CENTURY 21® office in the South Carolina region, and has maintained that position for the last several years. The company thrives on the “team concept” together each achieves more. The majority of the sales associates have been with the company for over 10 years, this giving a mature level of business conduct and experience.
Century 21 Boling & associates, inc. Controls approximately over 200 listings at any given time; condos, townhomes, residential, commercial, multifamily, and land in various price ranges and) locations. In November 1989 Boling & associates occupied their new office facility located on Highway business 17 and 79 ave. North. A Charleston exterior and elegant interior gained recognition by the city of Myrtle Beach and Boling was given the “Award of Excellence” for new construction in 1990.
The merger of a commercial company in 1992, Stradinger & Swiger, brought still another opportunity to the CENTURY 21 Boling & Associates. Not only were they commercial brokers, but developers as well. In 1994 CENTURY 21 Boling began marketing the first new oceanfront condominium project in Myrtle Beach since 1986. They sold 77 units in five months, construction began in November 1994 and was completed the following summer. Since then, CENTURY 21 Boling has marketed and closed numerous condo buildings a year. These include Beach Cove, Beach Colony, Seawatch plantation (three buildings), Compass Cove Resort, Ocean Reef, Roxanne Towers, Southwinds, The Island, World Tour, Grand Atlantic, Holiday Sands, Paradise Resort, and Anderson Ocean Club. In 2011, they were marketing the “ICON” of the Southeast Coastline… North Beach Plantation. North Beach Plantation was sold out as of 2016. They also currently maintain on-site sales offices at many of our Oceanfront resorts for re-sales and leads development for new Oceanfront development. CENTURY 21 Boling was also involved in the converting of Landmark Resort and The Patricia Grand into condominiums. They sold over 300 units.
In 2010 CENTURY 21 Boling opened their 2nd location in The Market Common District.
Century 21 Boling & Associates, Inc. has continuously won the award of Centurion Office, along with the top producing Century 21 office in South Carolina all since 1994. CENTURY 21 Boling was also ranked #5 in the nation in 2006 and #12 in 2007 in the CENTURY 21® system. 2008 thru 2017 they were still among the leaders in our region and centurion office and even to this day they remain as one of the top companies in our region and MLS.
