Yana, was very accommodating and punctual as to my wife's and my scheduling requirements while we traveled back and forth from WV to SC. This is necessary when making reservation, home & away plans, etc. We think she helped make the best use of the time we had to make a decision.
Yana also did a good job with the preclose punch list/walkthru requirements/ inspection, as we could not travel at that time. Also, Yana made arrangements for us to access the unit after the close by obtaining all keys, GD opener, etc., from closing agent and met us on site at our request to provide to us. Carl & Debbie D.
- Yana handled a challenging situation very well. We were co-owner/partner (out of state) sellers, and she had to deal with an annual renter in our unit each time there was a showing requested who could be difficult at times. She handled all communication between all parties very well, with professionalism and friendliness, and was very timely with it. Yana performed detailed and timely follow up for items needed before closing... she handled all of the appointments for inspection and repairs with the renter, and even took the buyers through their final walk-through when their agent couldn't do it. She gave excellent service all the way through. We are all very pleased. Val D.
